VIRGINIA BEACH - DeLane Billari Reynolds passed away Sunday, Nov. 29, 2009, surrounded by her family. DeLane was born in North Carolina Aug. 23, 1952, and grew up in Virginia Beach where she spent most of her glorious life. She loved lighthouses, good wine, and a quaint little town called Beaufort, N.C. De ,as her close called her, enjoyed the optical field for many years and was a licensed beautician as well. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. DeLane is survived by two daughters, Tiffany Murray and her husband Ian and Hayley Reynolds; her mother, Esther Billari; a sister, Patricia Wright and her husband Edward; and a brother, Michael Billari and his wife Kimberly. A memorial service was held Friday, Dec. 4, at 10:30 a.m. at Virginia Beach United Methodist Church.
